CALENDARIO PISANO/THE PISAN CALENDAR

Sergio Costanzo nasce a Pisa nel 1963. Pubblica saggi sull’architettura medievale e romanzi storici. Con Linee Infinite ha pubblicato: “Io Busketo”, “Il fiume si rise”, “La tavola dei Galilei” e “Ibelin”. Autore di racconti gialli, ha scritto reportage di missioni umanitarie, una pièce teatrale “Franco Stone”, rivisitazione moderna del Frankenstein di Mary Shelley e “I racconti della mano destra”, un romanzo di formazione. Cura da un anno una pagina di informazionestorica sul quotidiano IL TIRRENO. Con CALENDARIO PISANO torna alla stesura di un saggio, il suo primo con Linee Infinite, superando le venti pubblicazioni.

Sergio Costanzo was born in Pisa in 1963. He has published historical novels, and essays on medieval architecture. With Linee Infinite, he has also published: “Io busketo”, “Il fiume si rise”, “La tavola dei Galilei” and “Ibelin”. An author of short stories, Sergio Costanzo has written several reports on humanitarian missions, a theatrical piece (“Franco Stone”, a modern interpretation of Mary Shelley's Frankenstein) and a comingofage story (I racconti della mano destra). He has also been responsible for the historical information section of the newspaper, Il Tirreno, since 2017. With “Calendario Pisano”, the author goes back to the genre of the essay. Now with more than twenty publications, this is his first essay published by Linee Infinite.
